Norma Lee Wright

"You can't go wrong if you go Wright"

Norma Lee Wright was born Norma Lee Goode to Love Lee and Ames Goode in a small town in Ohio. On the outside she was an intelligent, well-mannered, joyous child, but on the inside Norma felt that something was not quite right. She had inappropriate, sarcastic thoughts, swore loudly in her head, and longed to fistfight bullies in her school, yet she maintained a flawlessly obedient and happy exterior so as to keep these thoughts undetected. As time went on, Norma amassed a collection of pocket weaponry, leather clothes, and stolen makeup, which she hid in a chest under her bed, behind a box of stuffed animals.

One day in her mid teens, Norma was walking to her local high school when she heard the roar of a motorcycle in the distance. Glancing behind her, Norma scrunched up her face as any lady would do at the loud noise, all the while wishing she was the one on the bike. Norma and the motorcycle came to a stop at the town's stoplight, side-by-side. When she glanced over again, she found the figure on the motorcycle looking in her direction – his face covered by a helmet with a dark visor, she could not be sure it was her the man was looking towards. As he slowly lifted his visor, their eyes met and Norma understood the force that had been inside her all these years – this man was her true father, and she had not fit into her small-town personality because she was never meant to. She dropped her books, ran to his bike, and peeled away with him.

Stopping only to collect the items she treasured from under her bed, Norma and her long lost father, Ryder Wright, slipped off into anonymity, travelling from place to place as they chose, everywhere blending with the crowd, unnoticed. Norma began to go by what she considered her true name, Norma Lee Wright, and honed her weaponry skills quickly; she was soon able to assist her father in the contract killing that afforded the pair the freedom of the open road.

One night while on assignment alone, Norma slipped into a warehouse, readying to detonate a grenade – her weapon of choice – to eliminate all the women inside. The contract was a particularly lucrative one – someone must have really wanted these ladies gone. As she crept nearer to where the women's voices were echoing from, she noticed they all had roller skates on, which intrigued her. Sliding ever closer to get a better look, they were bumping each other, shouting, ruthlessly fighting for position. Norma couldn't believe her eyes – how could she ever kill these talented ladies? Abandoning all thought of the grenade in her hand, she walked towards her fate as a Double Crosser. The ladies lived on, contract unfulfilled.

Who was it who set such a large price on the heads of this group of assassins? None yet knows...
